Downloads

The Habitat K databases were created as part of my PhD for research purposes. Please, do not use it for other purposes and do not redistribute it.

All files are encoded with a password. Please, read, sign and send me the following EULA at my e-mail address before downloading the database. Once I've received the EULA form, I will e-mail you the password for the files.

If you have any problems downloading the data, do not hesitate to contact me at my e-mail address.

Download the EULA form.

Habitat 1K

Habitat 1K is composed of 1,086 high-definition photos with over 7,000 habitats present in them. Consequently, it is quite large. I've divided the whole database in four .ZIP files.

Habitat 3K

Habitat 3K is composed of 3094 photographs with over 11,000 habitats present in them. To make downlading the database a bit less painful, the links for the database itself only includes the new images not present in Habitat 1K. The habitat and medium-level annotations links, however, include information about all 3,094 photographs.

Visualising the data

I used the Annotation Tool for MATLAB developed by Filip Korc and David Schneider. If you want to visualise or edit the annotations, you can download it from here.
